Andy is a former soldier who served in the UK Armed Forces. On leaving the military in 1996 he campaigned for medical treatment for over 10,000 Iraq War Veterans who had developed illnesses after receiving up to 28 experimental vaccines prior to the Gulf War in 1991.

 

Due to his campaigning activities he was placed under observation, covert monitoring, surveillance and overt harassment and intimidation tactics by the security services (MI5) and regional political policing units. He went on to experience over a decade of what has become popularly known as "gang stalking".

 

Andy resigned as National Publicist from the National Committee of the Gulf Veterans Association in 1997 although the systemic harassment he was experiencing has continued.

 

In 2010 he began to expose the harassment methods and tactics he was experiencing. In 2012 he co-founded several websites (targeted-individuals.com) with the aim of providing the details and methods that he and other ex-servicemen, as well as millions of ordinary people worldwide experience on a day-to-day basis.
